Meet the party girls! Their redesign was all about a fresh and fun new look.

And nothing says fun like a little chevron!

I have never been good at coloring inside the line so the thought of creating this

perfect pattern was a bit nerve-racking.

 

So, like everything I redesign, I decided to go with the flow.

My pattern on the second dresser is certainly a little more

"inside the lines" then the first, but most twins

are rarely completely the same anyway.....right?

 

I used a diy plaster of paris chalk paint recipe for these girls.

I had my mind set on coral and already had this colour on

hand so I decided to give the homemade paint a try.

It was easy enough to mix and easy to paint with too, creating

a nice smooth finish, especially after being waxed.
